General Policy*As a non-profit organization dedicated to immediate welfare and hunger relief, all donations are generally considered *non-refundable*. Once a donation is received, it is often immediately allocated to our meal programs or community outreach projects to fulfill our mission of "Care without limits."### *2. Exceptions for Refund Requests*We will consider refund requests only in the following specific circumstances:* *Technical Error:* If a technical glitch results in a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount being deducted.* *Unauthorized Transaction:* If the donation was made without the cardholder's or account holder's authorization.* *Data Entry Error:* If a donor accidentally enters an extra zero or makes a significant typing error regarding the donation amount.### *3. Tax Exemption (80G) Constraints** *Before 80G Issuance:* If the refund request is approved and an 80G tax-exempt certificate has *not* yet been issued, the refund will be processed within *10–15 working days*.* *After 80G Issuance:* If an 80G certificate has already been issued, a refund is *not possible* under Indian Income Tax regulations, as the donation has already been recorded for tax benefits.### *5.
